So these animals have no teeth and minimal hair!
𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐬 is 𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐬 (inflammation of the skin) caused by 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚, which are small worm-like parasites. 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 are the most common parasites we see causing this condition!

𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐤𝐢𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐲𝐬 are a form of 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐧𝐞𝐩𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐬. Nephritis means inflammation of the kidney, and embolic means that the inflammation is caused by 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐨𝐥𝐢 or aggregates of bacteria in the bloodstream.
