𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐨𝐡𝐲𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐲𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐬 is an infection with 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬 fungi, otherwise known as “𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐬”. Although these fungi most commonly infect the skin, they can also affect other organs.

𝐁𝐞𝐭𝐚-𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐬 is a storage disease where 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐞, a type of sugar, accumulates in the body. Mannose particularly accumulates in the neurons, impairing normal function.

𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐬 are tumours of the 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬, which are the fibrous layers covering the brain. Although these tumours are technically benign, they compress the brain causing pretty significant damage!
